Continuing Education Faculty Development Program "Framework"

Great interaction from PSU CE faculty this evening on wide range of topics regarding how to improve the teaching and learning experience for adult and resident-based students. Many challenges but also many creative ideas and TONS of desire to make best possible student experience. Many thanks to Judge Lunsford and lawyer Skip Arbuckle, wonderful ideas from two pros! Many good ideas for next topics and many requests to continue discussions.See More

I've been thinking about . . . being authentic

Last Friday I had the pleasure of meeting several instructors in the online HRER program. With the help of Amy Dietz we met after a “student-faculty mentor” program arranged by Amy as a way for the faculty to meet with undergraduate students. It was clear when I walked in the room how these instructors viewed their role and how much the students appreciated it! Just been busy working and trying to adjust to the area. Still love the job and my co-workers are great so it was a good move for me. Elle and I are doing well and nothing really new here but work! Hope you are staying warm! We got snow again this weekend, so I of course hibernated :)
